What should I check on an open-box RTX 5080 gaming laptop?
At this price, the details matter. Open box can cover anything from a returned unit to one that's barely been used.
- Confirm the power adapter is included. A high-end GPU laptop depends on it.
- Look for photos of the OLED screen powered on, so you can spot marks or burn-in.
- Ask about battery health and how long the unit was used.
- Check the operating system and whether the laptop was reset to factory settings.
