About this item
Want a compact keyboard that leaves more desk space for your mouse? The MageGee MK-BOX is a 68-key mechanical keyboard with USB-C, illuminated keys, multimedia functions and a QWERTY English layout. It suits students, gamers with small desks and anyone who carries a keyboard between home and the office. This open box unit costs $40.00.
Is a 68-key mechanical keyboard right for everyday typing?
A 68-key layout drops the number pad and some other keys, so heavy spreadsheet users may miss them. Most people adjust quickly for gaming and writing.
- Switches: the title doesn't name the switch type, so check the listing.
- Cable: confirm that a USB-C cable is included.
- Keycaps: look at the photos for shiny or worn keycaps and missing caps.
- Lighting: ask the seller to confirm that every key lights up.
