About this item
Competitive players looking for an LG UltraGear OLED gaming monitor at a lower price should consider this open box 27GX704A-B. It pairs a 27-inch QHD OLED panel with a 240Hz refresh rate and is listed at $400.00 by an independent eBay seller.
Is a 27-inch QHD 240Hz OLED monitor good for gaming?
It's a popular sweet spot. QHD looks sharp at 27 inches without needing a top-tier graphics card, and 240Hz rewards fast shooters and esports titles. The title lists the resolution as 2650x1440, which is likely a typo for standard QHD 2560x1440, so confirm it in the specs.
- Ask whether the panel shows any burn-in or dead pixels.
- Check that your GPU and cable can drive QHD at 240Hz.
- Confirm the stand, power supply and cables are in the box.
