About this item
On paper, this open-box ThinkPad P16s is built for memory-hungry workloads. It has 64GB of RAM, a 1TB drive, an Ultra 7 processor, RTX 500 graphics and a sharp 3840x2400 OLED display, listed at $2,650.
Is a ThinkPad P16s with 64GB RAM worth it over a regular business laptop?
If you run virtual machines, large datasets, CAD, or photo editing with big files, 64GB gives real headroom. For email and documents alone, it's overkill.
- The title mentions a warranty, so check the listing for exactly what's offered and by whom.
- Ask why the unit is open box, and look for photos of the screen and keyboard.
- Confirm the charger is in the box.
- Check which operating system is installed.
It's a strong fit for engineers, developers and photographers who want a high-resolution OLED panel on a business-class machine. Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
