About this item
The Acer Chromebook 315 15.6-inch laptop listed here is a new unit pairing a Celeron N4500 with 4GB of DDR4 memory and 64GB of eMMC storage, all running Chrome OS. At $134.95, it targets students, first-time laptop buyers and anyone who mostly lives in a web browser.
Is the Acer Chromebook 315 enough for schoolwork?
For Google Docs, web research, email and video calls, a lightweight Chrome OS setup like this is a common fit. Heavy photo editing or gaming is outside its comfort zone.
- Storage: 64GB eMMC is modest, so plan on cloud storage for files and photos.
- Memory: 4GB DDR4 handles a handful of tabs, so keep multitasking light.
- Screen size: the 15.6-inch display gives more room than a compact 11- or 14-inch Chromebook.
- Check the listing: confirm the charger is included and review the seller's photos.
