About this item
This custom Wooting 80HE has already been kitted out with Polar PRO+ magnetic switches and textured PBT keycaps, so the upgrade work is done before it reaches you. PBT plastic is known for resisting the shiny wear that cheaper keycaps develop, and the texture gives your fingers a bit more grip during long sessions. It's listed new at $275.
Why choose a custom Wooting 80HE with magnetic switches?
Magnetic switches sense how far a key travels, which competitive players use for responsive, adjustable inputs. Buying it pre-built skips sourcing parts yourself.
- Ask exactly what the custom work covers beyond the switches and keycaps.
- Confirm the keycap legends and layout language in the photos.
- Check whether the original parts or a cable are included.
- Since it's been modified, ask whether the seller tested every key.
