About this item
This open-box 2026 Dell Pro Max laptop has an Ultra 9 processor, NVIDIA RTX PRO graphics and 32GB RAM, listed for $2,100.00. That combination is aimed at creators and professionals doing 3D work, video editing, CAD and other graphics-heavy jobs that a typical office laptop would struggle with.
What should I verify on an open-box Dell Pro Max workstation?
At this price, confirm the details the title leaves out, and treat the seller's claims as things to check.
- Warranty: The title mentions coverage to 2030. Ask for the service tag and check the dates and transfer terms with Dell.
- Storage and GPU model: The title doesn't give the SSD size or the exact RTX PRO card.
- Charger and battery: Confirm the power adapter is included and ask about battery health.
- MSRP claims: Compare with current prices instead of relying on the quoted MSRP.
