About this item
At $650, this Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 14-inch laptop costs noticeably less than new listings of the same model. The catch is that the independent eBay seller describes it as open box and never used, but sells it as-is. That trade-off can suit bargain hunters and IT tinkerers who don't mind doing some homework.
