About this item
Important first: this AMD Ryzen 7 8-core gaming PC comes with no storage drive. You'll need to add an SSD and install an operating system before it can boot. Apart from that, you get 16GB RAM, Radeon graphics and a DVD+-RW drive, listed new at $699.76.
Who should buy a gaming PC without a storage drive?
Builders who already have a spare SSD, or who want to pick their own size and speed. If you want something ready to play out of the box, this isn't it.
- Graphics: the title says Radeon graphics but not the model. Check whether it's a separate card or integrated.
- Drive bays: check which connections are available for adding an SSD.
- OS license: plan to buy one, since none is listed.
- Optical drive: the DVD+-RW is handy for older discs and backups.
