About this item

If your desk has the room, an LG 27 inch IPS monitor gives spreadsheets, editing timelines and browser tabs a lot more space. This open-box 27MS540W-B has a Full HD panel, a 100Hz refresh rate, a 5ms response time and a borderless design. It's listed at $76.

Is Full HD sharp enough on a 27 inch 100Hz IPS screen?

For office work, streaming and casual gaming at a normal viewing distance, most people find it fine. The same resolution is spread over a larger area than on a 24 inch screen, so text looks a little softer up close.

• Read the seller's description of the open-box condition and any marks on the screen.
• Confirm the stand and power supply are included.
• The title doesn't list ports, so check the photos for HDMI or other inputs.
• Thin bezels make it a good fit for a dual-monitor setup.
