About this item
Looking for a budget gaming PC with an i7-12700 and 1660 Ti? This open-box build pairs a 12th-gen Intel Core i7 with 16GB DDR4 RAM, a 512GB NVMe SSD and Windows 11 for $600.
Can an i7-12700 and 1660 Ti gaming PC run today's games?
The CPU has plenty of muscle; the 1660 Ti is the limiting part. Esports titles and older games are the sweet spot, while demanding new releases will need lower settings. It also doubles as a capable machine for streaming and schoolwork.
- Power supply and case: not listed in the title, so check the PSU wattage before planning a GPU upgrade.
- Storage: 512GB fills fast with modern games; budget for a second drive.
- Windows 11: confirm it's activated.
- Open box: ask for interior photos to check the components and cabling.
