About this item
Open-box pricing on a flagship can mean real savings. This MSI Raider 16 Max gaming laptop is listed at $2,899.00. The title lists a 16-inch QHD OLED display, an Ultra 9 290HX processor, an Nvidia RTX 5080, 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD. That points to demanding games, 3D work and video editing.
What should you check on an open-box MSI Raider 16 Max?
With this much money on the line, read the listing closely and ask the seller questions before you commit.
- OLED screen: request photos of the display on a plain background to spot marks or uneven areas.
- Charger: a laptop with this GPU depends on its power adapter, so confirm it is included.
- Refresh rate: the title does not state it, so check the full specs.
- Software: see whether Windows is installed and activated.
