About this item
If you are hunting for a 39-inch 5K2K OLED gaming monitor, this LG UltraGear EVO GX9 (model 39GX950B) is listed open box at $1,399. It combines a curved ultrawide shape with an OLED panel and 5K2K resolution, which suits immersive gaming and wide creative timelines.
Is an open-box LG 39GX950B ultrawide worth it?
It can be, as long as the panel is in good shape. OLED screens deserve a close look, so rely on the seller's photos and description.
- Ask whether the panel shows any burn-in, dead pixels or scratches.
- Confirm the stand, power supply and cables are in the box.
- Refresh rate and ports are not in the title, so check the listing or the model page.
- Make sure your graphics card can drive 5K2K if you plan to game at native resolution.
