About this item
An aluminum build and an 8K polling rate put the Keychron Q6U-M3 Ultra wireless mechanical keyboard at the premium end of the market. It's listed new at $185.00. It's aimed at enthusiasts, programmers and gamers who want a premium board without a cable.
Does an 8K polling rate keyboard matter outside gaming?
An 8K polling rate reports key presses to your computer more often, which mainly helps in fast-paced games. For typing and coding, the aluminum build and overall feel will likely matter more day to day.
- Layout: the title doesn't give the size, so confirm the key layout in the photos.
- Wireless mode: check whether the 8K rate applies when wired, wireless or both.
- Switches: look for the switch type in the description.
- Packaging: it's listed new, and photos of the original box help confirm that.
