About this item
Looking for a SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini mechanical keyboard without paying full retail? This open-box, wired USB board comes in black with a QWERTY layout, and the mini footprint frees up desk space for wide mouse sweeps in shooters. An independent eBay seller offers it at $112.49.
Is an open-box Apex Pro Mini worth buying?
It can be, as long as the listing shows the keyboard clearly. Open box generally means the packaging was opened, so actual condition comes down to the seller's notes and photos.
- Keycaps: zoom in on photos for shine, missing caps or wear.
- Cable: confirm the USB cable is included, since this is a wired model.
- Compact layout: a mini board drops some dedicated keys, so be sure that suits your games and typing.
- Seller notes: read the description for any mention of use or defects.
