About this item
This open-box HP Envy laptop is all about specs: a 13th Gen Intel Core i7 with 10 cores and 12 threads, 32GB of RAM, a 2TB M.2 SSD and NVIDIA graphics, listed at $1,059.99. That combination points to creators and power users who work with big files.
What's unclear in this HP Envy i7 32GB listing?
The title is hard to read. It doesn't clearly state the screen size or the exact NVIDIA GPU, and !7cr may be a typo in the model number. Confirm both before you buy.
- GPU model: the exact NVIDIA chip matters for video editing and gaming, so get its full name.
- Upgrades: ask whether the 2TB drive and 32GB of RAM came from the factory or were installed by the seller.
- Open box: read the notes on cosmetic condition and check that a charger is included.
- Battery: ask about battery health.
