About this item
At $125.00, the T7 mini desktop PC with an Intel Atom Z8350 is about as basic as Windows computers get. It comes with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of eMMC storage and Windows 10, and is listed as new by an independent eBay seller.
What can an Atom Z8350 mini PC with 2GB RAM actually do?
Keep expectations modest. It suits a single job such as a digital sign, a simple kiosk or a dedicated display screen. Modern web browsing with several tabs will feel slow with 2GB of memory.
- Storage: 32GB of eMMC leaves little room once Windows updates install, so plan on a USB drive or microSD card if supported.
- Windows 10: Microsoft's mainstream support for Windows 10 has ended, so factor in security updates.
- Ports: check the photos for the display outputs and USB ports you need.
- Compare: a slightly higher budget often buys far more RAM.
