What does open box mean for a Dell UltraSharp curved monitor?
Usually the packaging has been opened, and the item may or may not have been used. The seller's notes should tell you which.
- Screen condition: look for any mention of dead pixels or scratches, and for photos of the panel powered on.
- Included parts: confirm the stand, power cable and Thunderbolt cable are in the box.
- Laptop compatibility: to use the hub features, your computer needs a Thunderbolt or compatible USB-C port.
- Desk space: a 34-inch curved screen needs plenty of desk width and depth.
