About this item
The Asus ROG Strix G16 G614F gaming laptop pairs a Ryzen 9 8940HX processor with an RTX 5060 GPU, 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD on a 16-inch frame. An independent eBay seller lists it as open box, which often means a lower price than sealed stock.
Is the Asus ROG Strix G16 with RTX 5060 good for gaming?
A Ryzen 9 HX chip with RTX 5060 graphics is built for modern games, streaming and GPU-heavy creative work. The title doesn't give the screen resolution or refresh rate, so check the listing for both.
- Open box: read the seller's notes on cosmetic marks and whether the box was just opened or the unit was used.
- Charger: confirm the original power adapter is included.
- Storage: a 1TB SSD has room for several large game installs.
- RAM: 16GB is enough for most games. Ask the seller if it can be upgraded.
