What should I check on an open box Samsung Odyssey OLED G8?
Open box can mean anything from an unused return to a display someone has handled, so the seller's description matters most here.
- Accessories: make sure the stand, power supply and cables are all there.
- Panel: if the photos don't show the screen powered on, ask about dead pixels or marks.
- Your graphics card: running 4K at 240Hz takes a capable GPU and a matching video port. Check which ports the listing shows.
- Packaging: see whether the original box is included. It's the safest way to ship or store a large OLED panel.
