About this item
The Acer Predator X27U is a 27-inch OLED gaming monitor with 2560x1440 WQHD resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate, built for fast shooters and esports. Many players with a capable graphics card see 1440p at 240Hz as the sweet spot. At $254.96 open box, it's worth a close look.
What should you check on an open box 240Hz OLED gaming monitor?
Look carefully at an open box OLED, because panel wear doesn't always show up in a quick photo.
- Panel: ask for photos of a full gray or white screen to spot burn-in or marks.
- Accessories: confirm that the stand, power supply and display cable are in the box.
- GPU match: make sure your graphics card can deliver high frame rates at 1440p.
- Model code: check that the X1bmiiphx variant matches the listing photos.
