About this item
A 17.3-inch 1U rack mount monitor console puts a screen and a QWERTY keyboard into a single rack slot. This Uptyma UPG kit, model 173RM17A, is built that way. An independent eBay seller lists it new at $79.
Is this 1U rack mount monitor console right for my server rack?
If you manage servers or network gear in a standard rack, a 1U console gives you local access without a cart and a spare monitor. Check the listing to confirm rack depth and rail fit.
- Inputs: The title doesn't list video ports or KVM switching. Check the listing for connection types and included cables.
- Keyboard: It has a QWERTY layout. Look at the photos to see if there's a touchpad or other pointing device.
- Rails: Check that mounting hardware is listed as included.
- Protection: The purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
It's a good fit for home labs, small server closets and IT techs who want a cleaner rack.
