What should I check on an open-box ThinkPad X9-15?
Mostly the things a title can't tell you: how the laptop was used and what's actually in the box.
- Windows 11 Pro activation: ask whether it's activated and signed out of any previous account.
- Battery: request a battery health figure from the seller.
- Charger: confirm the power adapter is included.
- Display: look for photos of the 2.8K screen powered on, so you can spot any marks.
