What should families check before buying a Hearth Display open box?
This is a connected device, so the setup details matter as much as the screen.
- Account and app: ask whether the unit has been reset and is ready for a new owner.
- Subscription: check the listing or the maker's website for any ongoing fees.
- Mounting: confirm whether a wall mount or stand comes with it.
- Screen: check the photos for scratches on the touchscreen.
If it doesn't arrive as described, the eBay Money Back Guarantee covers you.
