About this item
The Magic-Refiner AK873 gaming keyboard targets budget gamers who want flashy lighting and room to customize. Its title lists a rainbow LED backlight and hot-swappable blue switches, and it's sold new at $56.79.
Are blue switches on the AK873 gaming keyboard too loud?
Blue switches are generally known for a sharp click, which many gamers and typists enjoy. In a shared office or late-night dorm, though, the sound can bother others, and hot-swap support lets you change switches later.
- Layout size: the title doesn't give a key count, so check photos for a number pad.
- Lighting: rainbow backlighting is listed; see if modes are adjustable.
- Connection: confirm wired or wireless in the item specifics.
- Swapping switches: confirm compatible switch types before buying replacements.
