About this item
If you want your desk to look the part, this custom RGB gaming desktop PC combines lighting with an RTX 5060 graphics card for $505. It's an open-box build with an Intel Core i7 quad-core at 3.40, aimed at budget-minded players.
Is an RTX 5060 RGB gaming PC under $550 a smart first rig?
It can be, as long as the rest of the parts hold up. The GPU is the headline, but the quad-core CPU and the unclear '32 GB SSD' wording deserve a closer look.
- RAM vs. storage: ask whether the 32GB refers to the memory or the drive.
- CPU model: request the exact i7 model number.
- Lighting control: check whether the RGB is controlled by software, a button or a remote.
- Extras: confirm the power cable, the Wi-Fi situation and whether Windows is installed.
