About this item
A sealed Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 at $300 is an unusual find, since Gen 2 is an older generation. The title lists an i7 processor and a 512GB SSD, and the laptop is sold brand new and sealed.
What should I check before buying a sealed ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 with i7?
The title leaves out the RAM amount, the screen details and the exact i7 model. Confirm those first, because they make a big difference for an i7 laptop at this price.
- Ask how much RAM is installed and whether it can be upgraded.
- Request a photo of the label on the sealed box to see the exact configuration.
- Older stock may need a lot of system updates on first boot.
- It's a sensible budget laptop for students and everyday office tasks.
