About this item
This HP Pavilion dv9000 laptop is listed at $50 in open box condition, but the title stops there: it names no processor, memory, storage or operating system. At that price it mainly appeals to tinkerers, collectors and anyone after an inexpensive project notebook.
What should you check on an HP Pavilion dv9000 listing?
Everything the title leaves out. Read the description and photos carefully, and message the seller with questions before buying.
- Does it power on and boot, and is an operating system installed?
- How much RAM and what storage drive, if any, are fitted?
- Is a charger included, and does the battery hold a charge?
- Are there screen, hinge or case issues visible in photos?
The eBay Money Back Guarantee covers the purchase.
