About this item

Should I buy an open-box ThinkPad X9 OLED laptop?
At this price, buying open box can be a smart way to save, as long as the OLED screen is in good shape. OLED screens can show burn-in from static images.
- Panel check: ask for a photo of a plain white or gray screen to spot burn-in or tint.
- Windows 11 Pro: confirm it's activated and signed out of the previous owner's account.
- Charger: check that the adapter is pictured.
- Storage: 512GB fills up quickly with large media files, so plan for external storage if you edit video.
