About this item
At $293, this open-box Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 6 is a budget way into ThinkPad's X1 line. It comes with a 14-inch FHD screen, an i7-8650U, 16GB RAM, a 512GB SSD and Windows 11 Pro.
Is a ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 6 still worth buying?
For office work, online classes, email and web browsing, it can be. It's an older generation, so don't expect it to handle modern gaming or heavy video editing.
- Battery health: this is the top question on any older laptop, so ask the seller for details.
- Keyboard and screen: check the photos for shiny keys, wear or display marks.
- Charger: confirm one is included in the sale.
- Windows 11 Pro: verify the license is activated.
It works well as a second laptop, a student machine or a dependable home-office notebook. Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
