Is an open-box Dell XPS 16 with RTX 5050 a smart buy?
It can be, as long as the condition notes are clear. Open box usually means the packaging was opened, not necessarily that the laptop was used heavily.
- Ask about battery health and how much the laptop was used.
- Look closely at the photos of the OLED panel for marks.
- Confirm the charger is included.
- Check whether the operating system has been reset and is activated.
