About this item
Gamers on a tight budget may spot this open-box RTX 5060 gaming desktop at $530 and wonder about the catch. The custom RGB build lists a quad-core Intel Core i7 at 3.40, an Nvidia RTX 5060 graphics card and a spec written as 32 GB SSD, with no hard drive mentioned.
What should you ask about a quad-core i7 RTX 5060 desktop?
Start with the processor. A quad-core i7 may be an older generation, and an older CPU can limit what a newer graphics card delivers in CPU-heavy games.
- RAM and SSD sizes: get both numbers, since 32 GB could describe either.
- CPU model: request the full i7 part number to judge the pairing.
- Monitor hookup: plan to connect your display to the graphics card's outputs and check you have the right cable.
- Open-box notes: request interior photos to check for dust and loose cables.
