Membrane vs mechanical: is the K55 RGB PRO good enough for gaming?
Membrane keys feel softer and quieter than most mechanical switches. For casual play, schoolwork and everyday typing, many buyers find that perfectly fine, especially at this price.
- Cable: it's wired, so look in the photos for kinks or damage on the cord.
- Layout: confirm the key legends and layout in the photos.
- RGB lighting: ask the seller whether the lighting and every key were tested.
- Extras: check whether any wrist rest or original packaging is included.
A sensible budget pick if you'd rather spend more on your graphics card.
