About this item
Engineers, design students and anyone who runs professional apps on the go should take a look at this HP ZBook Firefly G8 laptop. It has an Intel i5 with Nvidia T500 graphics and is listed at $433.66. The seller's condition is "New: Other (see item description)." On eBay, that usually means unused but not in the original retail packaging.
Is the ZBook Firefly G8 with T500 graphics good for CAD and design apps?
The T500 is at the entry level of Nvidia's professional graphics, so expect lighter design work rather than heavy rendering. It's a sensible choice for students learning design software.
- Read the description: the condition note points there, so see exactly what "other" means for this unit.
- RAM and storage: neither is in the title, and both matter for pro apps.
- Screen: confirm the size and resolution.
- Charger and OS: check that a power adapter and an operating system are included.
