About this item
This Touch ID button for Mac brings fingerprint login to your desk without an Apple keyboard, and this version uses a Lightning connection (shown as "LTNG" in the title). Open box at $139.99, it suits people who'd rather keep the keyboard they already like.
Is the Lightning Touch ID button right for my Mac?
That depends on your ports and how the seller says it connects. If "LTNG" is unclear, ask the seller to confirm the connector and find out what cable or adapter you'd need.
- Match the stated Mac and macOS compatibility to your setup.
- Confirm which cables come with the open-box unit.
- Compare it with the USB-C version if your Mac lacks the right port.
- Inspect photos for scratches or missing parts.
