What should I check on an open-box Dell Precision 7780?
Workstations often come from business fleets, so ask the seller a few questions before you pay.
- Charger: high-power laptops need the correct adapter. Make sure it is in the box.
- Battery health: request a battery report or cycle count if the photos don't show it.
- Software: the title doesn't name an operating system. Confirm what is installed and whether it is licensed.
- Condition: look for photos of the keyboard, the hinges and the large 17.3-inch screen.
