About this item
Enthusiast keyboards rarely come ready to type, which is part of the appeal of this Omnitype Bauer Lite Clear mechanical keyboard. It's listed as pre-built with mods already done and fitted with X-Ray keycaps. The clear case and caps put the internals on display.
What should I ask about a pre-built, modded Bauer Lite keyboard?
The title doesn't say which switches, mods or layout are used, and those decide how it feels and sounds. At $400 open box, get those answers before you buy.
- Ask which switches are installed and whether they've been lubed or otherwise modified.
- Request a typing test video or a sound sample.
- Confirm the connection type and that the cable is included.
- Check the photos for scratches on the clear case.
A centerpiece for collectors and desk-setup fans. Covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
