Will this external Touch ID button work with my Mac?
The title doesn't say which Mac models or macOS versions it supports. Ask the seller to confirm compatibility with your exact computer before you buy, and ask how it connects.
- Ask whether this is an Apple-made enclosure or an aftermarket conversion, and how it pairs.
- Check the photos for the included cable or adapter.
- Ask whether it has been tested for fingerprint setup and unlocking.
- Open box: look for scratches on the sensor.
It could suit a clean desk setup or a third-party keyboard user who wants faster sign-ins and payment approvals. The eBay Money Back Guarantee covers your purchase.
