Is an open-box ASUS ROG Strix XG32UQ a safe buy?
Open box can mean anything from a returned, unused unit to light use, so the listing details matter. Ask about dead pixels and request a photo of the screen powered on.
- Confirm the stand, power supply and video cables are included.
- Check the refresh rate in the item specifics; the title doesn't list it.
- Make sure your graphics card can drive 4K at the frame rates you want.
- Inspect the photos for scratches on the panel.
