What should you check on an open-box Surface Pro 12 without a box?
With no retail packaging, the photos and description are your best guide to what's included and what condition it's in.
- Model: the title mentions both 12 and 13 inches, so confirm the exact model and screen size with the seller.
- Memory and storage: the title doesn't list them. Ask before you buy.
- Charger: check whether one is included.
- Keyboard and pen: assume they aren't included unless the listing says so.
A quick message to the seller can answer most of these questions. eBay purchases come with the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
