About this item
Dried-out pads on a GPU or a hot NVMe drive are an easy, cheap thing to replace. The ARCTIC TP-4 thermal pad is listed as a soft filler in 100x100 or 120x20 sheets, with thickness options of 0.5mm, 1.0mm or 1.5mm, at $10.99.
Which ARCTIC TP-4 thermal pad thickness do I need?
Match the thickness of the pads you are replacing. Measure the old pads or check a repair guide for your graphics card, laptop or SSD heatsink. Pads that are too thin leave gaps, and pads that are too thick can stop the cooler from seating properly.
- This looks like a variation listing, so confirm the size and thickness you selected before checkout.
- A 120x20 strip suits narrow parts such as memory chips or M.2 drives.
- A 100x100 sheet gives you more material to cut for several jobs.
- Clean the old residue off before you fit new pads.
