Is a Raspberry Pi 5 8GB kit good as a mini desktop PC?
For web browsing, coding, learning Linux, home automation or a media center, the 8GB board and included keyboard make a tidy starter setup. Students and hobbyists can get started faster than they would with a bare board.
- The 'etc.': the title is vague, so read the full list of parts.
- Power supply: confirm one is included, since the Pi 5 needs a suitable USB-C supply.
- Storage: check for a microSD card and whether an operating system is preloaded.
