About this item
At $28, this open box Royal Kludge R98 Pro mechanical keyboard is one of the cheaper ways to get a wired gaming keyboard, and it has a soft beige look. It fits a first gaming PC, a cozy desk setup or a student budget. The title seems to mention RGB lighting, but it is cut off, so confirm this in the listing from the independent eBay seller.
What should I check on an open box R98 Pro wired gaming keyboard?
Open box can mean anything from an unused return to light use. Read the condition notes closely.
- Switches: The title does not name them, so check the description.
- Keycaps: Make sure none are missing or shiny from wear.
- Cable: Confirm the USB cable is included.
- Layout: The R98 name hints at a compact 98-key style. Check the photos for arrow keys and a numpad.
