About this item
If you've been curious about magnetic switches, the Aula WIN60 HE 60% mechanical gaming keyboard is an affordable way to try them at $53.99 new. It's wired and hot-swappable. The small 60% layout leaves plenty of room for wide mouse movements, which appeals to FPS players and anyone with a cramped desk.
What does a magnetic switch gaming keyboard offer over a standard one?
The HE in the name typically refers to Hall Effect magnetic sensing. Features such as adjustable actuation vary by model, so check the listing for what this one supports.
- 60% layout: expect no dedicated arrow keys or function row, so you'll use key combinations.
- Hot-swap: magnetic boards need magnetic switches, so confirm which replacements are compatible.
- Wired connection: check the cable type that comes included.
- Keycaps: look at the photos for legends and color.
