About this item
An Acer Chromebook 15.6-inch laptop for $140.00 keeps computing simple: Chrome OS, a large screen and, per the title, a charger included. This open-box listing makes sense for kids' schoolwork, a kitchen-counter browser or a backup machine for email and Google Docs.
What should you check before buying an open-box Acer Chromebook 15.6-inch?
Software support matters most. Every Chromebook model has an update expiration date, after which it stops receiving Chrome OS updates.
- Model number: find it in the listing and look up its update end date.
- RAM and storage: neither is in the title. Confirm both.
- Processor: also not stated, so check the item specifics.
- Keyboard and screen: look over photos for wear.
At this price it's an easy second device. Your purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
