About this item
All this listing title tells you is that it is a new desktop PC with Windows, priced at $440. That is thin information for a computer purchase. Treat the item description and photos as the real spec sheet before deciding if it fits your home, school or office needs.
How do you judge a new Windows desktop computer with few listed specs?
Match the hardware to the job. A family PC for browsing needs far less than one for gaming or video editing.
- Processor and memory: look for the CPU model and RAM amount, and ask the seller if they are missing.
- Storage: check the capacity and whether it is an SSD, which affects boot and load speed.
- Windows version: confirm the edition and that it is activated.
- Brand and accessories: check whether a monitor, keyboard or mouse is included, or if you get the computer only.
