About this item
The ePBT Axolotls base keycap set is a Cherry profile PBT set for MX-style mechanical keyboards. This eBay listing has it new for $125.00. Cherry profile is low and sculpted, which many typists find comfortable for long sessions. PBT plastic is a popular choice for keycaps that get daily use.
Will this Cherry profile PBT keycap set fit my keyboard?
The title says MX, so it's meant for boards with MX-compatible switch stems. Layout coverage is the bigger question, because a base kit may not include every key size your board needs.
- Compare the kit contents in the listing against your layout (TKL, 65%, full size, split spacebar).
- Look at the photos to confirm the colorway and legends you expect.
- Confirm the set is sealed or unused, as the seller describes.
- Ask whether add-on kits are available if you need novelties or extra modifiers.
