About this item
If you want desktop power in something that fits beside a monitor, the Getorli GT105 mini PC with a Ryzen 7 8745HS, 16GB of memory and a 500GB SSD is worth a look. It's listed open box at $470, with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB4 in the title.
Is the Getorli GT105 good for office work and light gaming?
The Ryzen 7 8745HS is a capable laptop-class chip, so office suites, multitasking, coding and casual or older games are a reasonable fit. Heavy AAA gaming calls for a different class of machine.
- USB4: it's handy for fast external drives and docks. Check the port count in the photos.
- Storage: 500GB fills quickly, so see whether the listing mentions room to add a drive.
- Open box: confirm that the power adapter and any mounting bracket are included.
- Software: verify which Windows version, if any, is installed.
