About this item
Building a custom board with a retro feel? The Signature Plastics SA Bubble R2 base kit brings the SA keycap profile, known for its tall, sculpted shape, to enthusiasts who enjoy a vintage typing experience. This one is listed brand new at $90.
Will an SA profile base kit cover my keyboard layout?
A base kit typically covers core keys, while extra kits handle modifiers, numpads or unusual sizes. Check the listing's key list against your layout before ordering.
- Confirm that your switches accept the stem type the kit uses.
- SA caps sit higher than many profiles, so consider your wrist rest and case.
- Look for photos of the actual box, not only renders.
- Check whether any additional kits are included or sold separately.
