About this item
If you're moving up from 1080p, this Z-EDGE 27-inch QHD curved gaming monitor gives you 2560x1440 resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate for $169.99. It's listed new with 1ms response, FreeSync, HDMI and DisplayPort, so it works for both gaming and spreadsheets.
Will a 1440p 165Hz monitor work with my graphics card?
Most modern cards can output 1440p. To actually reach 165Hz, a DisplayPort connection is usually the safer choice. FreeSync helps reduce screen tearing on compatible GPUs.
- Cables: check which video cables are in the box.
- Mounting: if you plan to use an arm, check the listing for VESA support.
- Desk space: a 27-inch curved screen needs some depth, so measure your desk.
- Pixel policy: read the seller's notes on dead pixels.
